Terms of Service
Effective date: October 23, 20261. Who we are and what these Terms cover
CropSide Strategy (“CropSide,” “we,” “us”) provides SEO content writing services to agtech and agribusiness companies and to agencies that serve them. These Terms apply when you buy the Buyer-Intent Content Sprint (the “Sprint”) or any other service through cropsidestrategy.com. By completing checkout, you agree to these Terms. If you are buying for a business, you confirm you have authority to bind it.
Contact: [email protected] Mail: 9620 S Las Vegas Blvd STE E4 #554, Las Vegas, NV 89123.2. The Sprint
Price: $900 USD, paid in full at checkout. The Sprint includes:
• Four SEO articles of up to about 1,200 words each
• Keyword and search-intent alignment, with one primary keyword per article
• An SEO title and meta description for each article
• Suggested internal links, based on the site URLs you provide
• One round of revisions per article (see Section 5)
• Delivery as Google Docs or Word files
Before you buy, you may request a free content-gap note. It is informational only, carries no obligation, and is not a substitute for a full audit.
Not included unless we agree in writing: publishing or uploading to your CMS, image creation or sourcing, interviews, original research or data collection, site audits, ongoing SEO management, link building, translation, or additional articles.3. Getting started and timeline
After payment you will receive a client questionnaire. Work starts when I have received both your payment and your completed questionnaire (the “Start Date”). I aim to deliver first drafts of all four articles within [seven (7)] business days of the Start Date. Timelines assume you respond promptly to reasonable requests; delays on your side extend the schedule. If I am late by more than [five (5)] business days for reasons within my control, you may ask for a refund of any undelivered articles at $225 each.4. Your responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information about your business, products, and audience, and to give me reasonable access to source materials and subject-matter contacts. You are responsible for reviewing every article for factual accuracy and for legal and regulatory compliance before you publish it.
CropSide provides content, not agronomic, veterinary, legal, financial, or regulatory advice. Claims about pesticides, fertilizers, organic or other labels, water rights, animal health, product performance, and similar topics must be verified by your qualified personnel before publication.5. Revisions
Each article includes one round of revisions. Send consolidated written feedback within seven (7) days of delivery, within the original brief and keyword. Requests that change the direction of an article, or additional rounds, are billed separately at a rate I will quote before starting. If I hear nothing within [ten (10)] days of delivery, the article is treated as accepted.6. First-Article Guarantee
If, after one round of revisions, you are not satisfied in good faith with the first article I deliver, tell me in writing within seven (7) days of receiving the revised article. I will refund the price of that article ($225), and you agree not to publish or use it. You may then continue with the remaining articles, or cancel the rest of the Sprint and receive $225 for each undelivered article.
This guarantee applies once per client and only to the first article. It covers the quality of the writing against the agreed brief. It is not a guarantee of SEO results (see Section 8).7. Refunds and cancellation
• Before the Start Date: full refund.
• After the Start Date: refund of any undelivered articles at $225 each. Delivered articles are not refundable except under Section 6 or where an article materially fails the agreed brief and I cannot correct it after a revision. In that case I will correct it or refund that article.
• How to ask: email [email protected] with the subject “Refund Request” and your purchase details. I will acknowledge within two business days and decide within five. Approved refunds go to the original payment method through Stripe; timing depends on your bank.
Nothing here limits rights you have under law that cannot be waived.8. No guarantee of results
Search rankings, traffic, leads, and sales depend on search engines, competitors, your website, and market conditions, none of which I control. I do not guarantee any specific result.9. Payment
Prices are in US dollars and do not include any taxes that may apply. Payment is processed by Stripe. Retainers and other work are covered by a separate written agreement. If you have a billing concern, please contact me first so I can fix it quickly.10. Ownership and portfolio
Once you have paid in full, you own the final delivered articles and may use them for your business. Until payment is complete I keep ownership. Articles that are refunded return to me and you may not use them. I keep ownership of my pre-existing templates, methods, and general know-how.
Unless you tell me in writing that you want the project kept confidential, I may list your company name and link to the published articles as work samples after publication. I never do this for white-label work.11. Originality and tools
I write original content for you and do not knowingly copy third-party material. I use software tools, including AI-assisted tools for research, outlines, and editing; every article is written or substantially rewritten, fact-checked, and edited by me. If your company prohibits AI-assisted content, tell me before work begins.12. Confidentiality
I treat your nonpublic business information as confidential and use it only to perform the services. This does not cover information that is public, that I already knew, or that I must disclose by law.13. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CropSide is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for lost profits or lost business opportunities. My total liability for any claim relating to the Sprint is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.14. Independent contractor
CropSide is an independent contractor. Nothing here creates an employment, partnership, or agency relationship.15. Governing law and disputes
Nevada law governs these Terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If a dispute arises, please send me written notice and give us thirty (30) days to resolve it in good faith. If that fails, disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Nevada.16. General
I may update these Terms; the version in effect at your checkout applies to your purchase. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest stays in effect. You agree to receive notices by email. These Terms and your checkout confirmation are the entire agreement for the Sprint.
